The residence lies just by the forest, is quiet, facing East. It is a rather small 2 floor-property with a total of 7 apartments with balconies with a view towards Champagny-le-Haut valley. Individual ski lockers are on the ground floor and car park is to be found 50 meters away. Surface area : about 48 m². 2nd floor. Orientation : East, South. View village. Living room with bed-settee.
