Had the pleasure of staying at the French Quarter Inn recently. The Inn goes above and beyond making its guests comfortable. The complementary breakfast is a full meal. Cookies in the evening and a happy hour each evening featuring free wine and beer. The beds are super comfortable and there is a pillow menu for you to choose the firmness of your pillow. Location is directly across from the market and there are so many restaurants near you. Best place to stay in Charleston!

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. They couldn't do enough for us, from late checkout, extra towels, turn down service, to special order bagels at breakfast. All front desk folks deserve a raise! Special shout out to Bob, Kim, Kimberly, Izzy, Neil, and Alex!! The hot breakfast, happy hour charcuterie &:wine, as well as bedtime cookies were all fantastic. The location is perfect for walking tours, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms are large and clean. Really nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The French Quarter Inn was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Room was nice. They came. in every day to tidy room, and early evening left chocolates, and weather info for next day. There was a line to call with different pillow choices. Happy hour every afternoon was excellent as was breakfast. Lobby has small bar. Hotel is within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and the marketplace and the waterfront park. Would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed the hotel very much! The location is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is very attentive to detail. We loved the pre-visit email, the welcome and goodbye notes, the signature room fragrance to take home, the wine and cheese party and the late night port. We met interesting people/guests in the bar, and the every member of the team that works there is polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will return!

Cannot say enough good things about French Quarter Inn! The location is perfect—close to everything—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfasts and wine and cheese in the evening were delicious. Our room was clean and spacious and our view was spectacular—right over the Charleston market. I highly recommend staying at French Quarter Inn—I know we will when we come back!

Excellent hotel! Very well maintained and serviced with all the "little things" that used to be standard at a premier property. Comp water, turn down chocolates, weather report, paper and pens at the writing desk and the room was completely serviced each day. The room was large and well appointed. The concierge/desk was very friendly and helpful and the hotel generally had a peaceful elegant air about it. There was a complimentary wine and cheese hour each evening and milk and cookies before bedtime. The location is perfect for exploring the city and adjacent to some fantastic restaurants.

This is a lovely hotel. It has a very cozy feel. From the curbside to the frontdesk all staff were very pleasant and welcoming. This was my second stay here and I will definitely be back. If you enjoy a boutique hotel that pays close attention to little details this is the place for you.
