With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charlestonâs classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops â including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques â as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

This rental was amazing and just as described. Great location including a parking spot and other nearby parking. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great during the hot summer. Everything was great. We loved evenings and mornings on the balcony!
This property was exactly as described. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The open kitchen/dining area/living room made it fun to interact with everyone. Kind of far from the traditional Charleston touristic area, but found some great neighborhood restaurants and shops. Major construction going on across from property. It was quiet while we were there, but could be an issue during the week. Will definitely stay there again.
Great location and unit. Walking distance from downtown and close to beaches. The unit was spacious with a great kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the unit!
We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was spacious and plenty of room for 6 adult women. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings people watching! We were able to walk to King Street, restaurants, and most anything else in downtown Charleston.
