Located just steps from King Street, you’ll be within walking distance of top dining, shopping, and landmarks. This property is part of a duplex and can be rented as a whole house.

The Space:
The Sage Suite🌿 features three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking appliances and utensils, air conditioning plus portable fans in each bedroom.

This is a lower level unit featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms so you can enjoy a relaxing sanctuary after long days in downtown Charleston.

Close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Nicely equipped. Very narrow driveway, but seems the norm for Charleston. Quick response to request for more towels. A lot of construction going on in the area so it was kind of loud, but not the fault of the owner.

The good: great central location, the decor is so cute. The house was clean. The meh: We were not given the front door code. Had to call to get that. Then had some issues with hot water. No hot water in kitchen, inconsistent water temp in the showers.
