Picturesque but need repairs.

The home is in a picturesque setting. The Dock was beautiful. The house was comfortable however there are some fairly urgent repairs needed. Most urgently the deck! There are several slats missing on the railing which makes a dangerous scenario with small children and pets. Additionally there are nails popping out and either the would needs replaced or sanded and repainted. Also, there should be a hand rail on the steps leading down to the dock. I am certain these items would not pass a building inspection. Other issues were the refrigerator which should really he replaced. The freezer is frozen over abd turn leaking water into the refrigerator. The gas grill s inoperative. Finally, when we arrived at 4 pm the cleaners had not been there. They didn’t arrive until close to 5. Our family did enjoy the stay but would not consider coming back unless these repairs are made.
