The Space:
The Trifecta is a luxury serviced apartment in the Uptown District of Charlotte that includes a fully stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished rooms, and free enclosed private parking.
Just outside is the Irwin Ave CityLYNX stop that can take you directly into Uptown Charlotte's best food, drinks, shopping, parks, nightlife, sights, and landmarks. Close to Bank of America Stadium, Truist Field, and Spectrum Center
What you'll really like about staying at the Trifecta:
• Cleanliness. Our space is professionally cleaned before each and every reservation, while many other listings in the city are not. You'll really appreciate staying at a clean and well taken care of space.

• Safety. Our townhome is located in an apartment community that has security cameras, is well-lit, and has an enclosed garage for private parking. We also have an outside camera above the hallway entrance and outdoor patio that we use to help us conveniently check-in guests, and as an added security benefit for our guests. These cameras do have audio recording that we are able to review history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside.
• Location. The location we're in is a walker's paradise since most places you'll want to visit in Uptown Charlotte won't require a car. Our luxury serviced apartment is in the fourth ward neighborhood of Uptown and is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Charlotte. The road has ample sidewalk space and is very bikeable. The best Uptown has to offer is just outside our door. We are near I-77, and some guests have noted that they can hear the interstate from the apartment.

Train: Take the LYNX Blue Line light rail service, which connects Uptown to the South End, and neighborhoods further southwest. There is a stop just outside of our building!

This spot was perfect for my wife and l. We where in short distance to restaurants and the strip. We booked tickets to this nice jazz spot that was only 5min away from the apartment. I do recommend this apartment. The host was quick to respond to my question and the video guide was extremely helpful for checking in.
