A practical and relaxing base from which to explore the heart of the Indre! On the ground floor, you'll discover a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy dining table, a television, and a wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy evenings. The fully equipped open kitchen will allow you to easily prepare all your meals.
Upstairs, the sleeping area offers a double bed (140 cm) ideal for resting, while the bathroom has a shower (80x80 cm, with a step) and a toilet.
Outdoors, enjoy the 350 mÂČ enclosed grounds, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. A garage, private parking, barbecue, and garden furniture are available to enhance your stay.
