Had a one night stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh.
Lilly on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Sorted outr taxi without hesitation!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.

Could be a nice hotel but 'tired'
Posted Jan. 2, 2024 on HotelsThis hotel is very tired. Some lovely seating areas with fires but furniture is old and very uncomfortable. The lack of staff made the service at the bar slow and collecting of used glasses/plates from tables was extremely poor so you had to clear a space when you sat down.

We have not had a lack of staff in recent history so this was a little confusing. We will raise this point with the appropriate department and will make sure we try to improve this.
