River House
Publié le 12 mai 2024 sur HomeAwaySetting on the TN River was beautiful. Home was spacious but layout was a bit odd. Plus side was that everyone had their own space, great for the teens.

Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was awesome, the views, fishing, kayaking and pure peace and quiet, home has everything you need!!!! Cool game room downstairs with huge boulder as wall!!! I will certainly rent this home again!!

Awesome Place to Stay
Publié le 15 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayA breathtaking view from the yard, a well-furnished and clean house, an awesome rec-room basement with a bar, fantastic stonework for a great castle-feel, easy access to the River, provided water accessories, and a very pleasant interaction with the owner. I will be saving this property and will try to visit again in the future. Great Experience.

Great place to relax with family
Publié le 5 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was perfect for our needs - lots of beds and space and options to relax and have fun. Kitchen was stocked and well organized, game room had lots to do, the backyard and dock and supplier canoes and inner tubes were great for enjoying the river. Didn’t get instructions to the place until the day of (would have liked that earlier, as we were traveling to the area), but once there it was a great experience for catching up with family.

So glad the house was perfect for you!!! Please come back and visit again soon. As far as instructions, you get all that from VRBO except the door code and you get that when the house is ready. Not sure why we got four stars with the review combined with the facts that VRBO sends everything (and you got the code at 8:44 am on check in day versus a normal check in time of 4 pm.

Budget Stay
Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was delightfully unique and we really appreciated the layout of the home. We created some real family memories.
A few observations, we felt that we needed to buy cookware because of the condition of what was provided, most of the balconies furniture needed a good cleaning, and the balcony screening and windows are ready for a spring cleaning.

Family Getaway
