Family-friendly with full size 200+ classic arcade game, board games, card games, and dining table that seats 8. Decks on the main floor and off the master bedroom with amazing views. Out front, you'll find comfortable adirondack chairs around a glass fire table and a gas grill.

We also live in this amazing walkable community. Questions, recommendations, or wanting to chat about the area, feel free to reach out. We are foodies; if you read this far, we will let you in on where to find the best tacos in town! Book with us, and you'll probably run into us at some point walking our 95 lb Rottie/Aussie, he too will love to say "hi."

Located just a few streets from the energy of Cherokee/Frazier Ave, you will find yourself within walking distance of so much Chattanooga has to offer. Whether you're here to check out the Tennessee Aquarium, Riverbend music festival, Moon River music festival, UTC campus or just want to get out to explore hiking trails or go kayaking, this location cannot be beat.

Overall, this was a really nice stay. The home was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with many amenities that felt hotel-like but more personal. The furniture was good quality, the view was lovely, and the location was excellent—within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and a nearby park. The kitchen was especially well-equipped with just about everything you could need. The host was friendly, communicative, and very helpful.There were a few minor drawbacks. The water pressure was low, and the hot water took a long time to heat up. Despite the home comfortably sleeping eight people, there wasn’t enough hot water for multiple showers, and sinks and faucets also struggled to warm up. Checkout was quite early, which wasn’t ideal. The walls and floors were thin, so indoor and outdoor noise was noticeable. In one of the bedrooms, there was only one nightstand, which felt a bit unusual, and a ceiling light appeared to be mid-repair, with the fixture hanging and a box sitting on the dresser. We also would have appreciated a few more basic supplies, such as extra garbage bags and pantry staples.Overall, these were minor issues for a short stay. It’s a great home in a fantastic location with a welcoming host, and we would recommend it to others.

Chattanooga wedding

Excellent home with all of the amenities. Extra supplies and all of the extras. Very convenient to everywhere we went. Great park nearby. It was literally the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. Kudos to the cleaning company. Host was very communicative and accommodating! Will stay there again when we go to Chattanooga.

Awesome stay!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend in Chattanooga. The house was very nice, well kept, and had a nice view. Very cozy and comfortable. A lot of space. The location was good and walkable to downtown. Would stay again!

Chattanooga in the summer

Our stay in Chattanooga was delightful. We decided to stay on the North Shore. The house I rented was immaculate and clean. The pictures were totally accurate and this house was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and there were games for my son. The location was good and the owner gave me a list of restaurants to go to. Mezcala Cocina was our favorite. We went to the Aquarium, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. These were minutes away from the house. The owner was easy to communicate and helpful. If you want a convenient and clean house to stay in Chattanooga and this is the proper size for you, look no farther.

Perfect Location

We just finished a few night stay here and the home was perfect for our purposes and you cant beat the location. There is a Publix nearby, we also walked to dinner one night. It is on a big hill, but that is to be expected in Chattanooga. The home is exactly as described and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We did some very light cooking but mostly ate out because of all the rstautants nearby. The kitchen was stocked with most things people would need. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 children age range from 7-13. The owner was gracious enough to allow my SIL and BIL to stay one night so they could come from a town nearby and spend time with us too. This was not originally planned when booking the trip and I appreciated his flexibility. The owner was very responsive to any of my questions and offered several suggestions restaurant wise which we appreciated and tried a few. Overall great experience and I would definitely book this VRBO again!

Quiet, Convenient Modern Space

My family (2 adults + 2 kids) traveled to Chattanooga with some friends (also 2 adults and 2 kids) for the weekend. This place was clean and super convenient to downtown and local restaurants. Property Manager/owner was easy to communicate with, and made the stay so enjoyable for our crew. Would easily come back and stay here. Highly recommended.

A relaxing home away from home

Our Stay In Nooga exceeded all expectations! The home was immaculately clean, well stocked, and incredibly comfortable, which made our 6-day vacation feel effortless. The owners were not only responsive but also incredibly helpful and superb communicators. The breathtaking views from the property added an extra touch of magic to our mornings and evenings. There were fantastic restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, so we couldn't have asked for a better location. We're already planning our return trip—this place truly feels like a home away from home!
