We had a lovely meal in the Victoria restaurant and were well looked after by Ishmael. Only downside was that the room was noisy at night with people drinking outside at the restaurant opposite until gone 1.00 am.

Iconic landmark in Cheltenham. Excellent location. Comfortable spacious room. Pleasant staff. Good to be able to have meals without loud music. Room service is a great option but at £7.50 pp a pricey one.

The service was amazing staff are so friendly. We only had one problem our room smelt a bit like sewers you can only smell it when you walk in once you’re in the room for awhile it’s sort of goes because obviously you get used to the smell

Our room (301)was at the back overlooking the A/ C units which were very noisy.. when we tried to go to sleep there was a continuous humming noise which made it impossible to sleep, so we had to go down to reception &ask to move room’s, which they did but it ruined our nights sleep.

Had a decent time at the hotel. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was really good. Just let down by the air conditioning not working in our room, otherwise it could have been the best hotel room I've stayed in.
