Amazing view but paying Wi-Fi

Lovely small resort
Publié le 5 juin 2023 sur HotelsA small tranquil resort on a beautiful lake to spend time with your family . The pool access rooms on ground floor was very helpful to be in and the pool is warm and lovely . Food is good too.

This could be a top notch tourist spot bcoz of its proximity to the Vembanad lake. The property is due for renovation immediately so I am happy. The wifi access was bad. Food was average. Wooden flooring is damaged in many places. Staff r friendly but need to be more proactive. The only saving grace of the place is its serene view.Rooms were sufficiently lit & cool. But towards dawn, we were disturbed by some animal running on the ceiling. Weird noises

Contre : Staff training and hotel makeover.
Emplacement : Houseboats
Great view from the lovely infinity pool of the lake.
Delicious food but restaurant lacked any ambience.
Rooms rather tired; hotel needs a makeover.
Hotel staff were friendly in the restaurant and the young man who collected and delivered the luggage was attentive. Shame about the staff in the reception. They could all do with some customer service training, particularly the manager.
