Such a beautiful hotel and looks fabulous at Christmas. Rooms are very tastefully decorated, with all mod cons. Both Nelsons Bar and Palm Court are lovely to eat it, with the food being exceptional. Staff are always really pleasant and helpful, this is our fifth stay. Can’t wait to go back again next year. 10/10

Loved staying here, pretty much had the spa to ourselves; enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal in Palm Court with the added bonus of a pianist in the background and the beautiful Christmas decorations up. Staff were all super helpful and friendly The hotel is within easy travelling distance to Chester and Cheshire Oaks so perfect for shopping!

Staff were fantastic. Carpet needs replacing and some areas need TLC by now. Parking was difficult, perhaps too many events between members of the club, hotel guests and other events cause parking difficulties. Room was great and food was spectacular

Couldn't fault the Hotel at all. The reception staff were great, the room so comfortable, we had a lovely tea in Nelson's Restaurant, and finished the evening with a very relaxing time im the Spa, before enjoying a delicious Breakfast the following morning.
