We visited in the middle of December and stayed the night. The place was peaceful and welcoming. A delicious breakfast was waiting for us in the morning. In terms of location, it's perfect provided you have your own vehicle. Highly recommend staying here.

Nothing--the property had seen its best days several years ago. the chairs were low seating and the TV did not work no phone to reach reception which was far away, no desk, etc.
