This is a quaint smaller boutique resort outside the city - and it helped at the end of the day when one needs the quiet and silence away from the business of the day. The hotel offers airport pickup and drop off, an ample breakfast continental or Asian and in a pinch when hungry - someone will cook a simple meal at night. We were pleased with the ambiance and their pool was one of the focal points of the resort. It’s perfect to use after a day! My drawback - the huge mosquitos in the room And we seem to catch it nightly and on our last night - Bed bugs !!!! Awful way to end a vacation. Would have rated higher if front desk took care of it

the kids enjoy the swimming pool. Small and quiet hotel. Far away from the old city, in the middle of a small village. A toilet bowl is crowed by ants. The breakfast is very limited. There is not decent restaurant near hotel. Meal in hotel is "so-so" quality with high price compare to restaurant in the old city.

Beautiful resort but missing a few things!

Our booking was lost so we did not get our twin bedded room, but they did fit us in which was kind. This resort has a lovely ambiance and beautiful setting. Unfortunately the rooms are inadequately furnished and the amenities are minimal. There was no closet or drawers for us to store our things and although we were there for 5 nights, we had to live out of our suitcases. There were no chairs in the room, and only one bedside table and one bedside lamp (weird), one waste basket, no towels by the pool, you just get one each and have to trade them for fresh at front desk if you swim twice in a day. In fact our swim towels were not refreshed by housekeeping. On the good side, the breakfast was much better than we expected and was cooked fresh every day and served with a friendly smile. The salt water pool, although slippery, is lovely. Once I figured out a safe way in and out, I really enjoyed the pool, which was clean, cool and refreshing. Nice lounge chairs by pool, would be enhanced by a nice big pile of towels and some cold water bottles in the pool area!

一级棒的司机大叔！

喜欢到不得了！因为我是坐小飞机从PAI到清迈，之后小飞机一直延误，但是之前打了电话叫酒店派车来机场接，约好了中午一点，但是飞机延误到两点才步出机场，那位友善的司机大叔就这样等了我一个钟，真的非常不好意思，但是他还说没有关系，很好笑容。之后到了酒店之后放下行李我就去Central Festival shopping，去的那时交代了大叔晚上10：00来接我们回去酒店。结果大叔又很早就来到负一层一直等着我，帮我提东西。酒店是有免费的班车到古城的，但是去其他地方虽然要付车费，但是大叔的友善与脾气好一直让我觉得自己很不好意思啊。说回酒店方面，住的是独栋别墅，内外都美，房间里装修一级豪华，一打开房门就见到无边泳池，在泳池边拍了照，就像拍写真一样美。酒店送的早餐也是即点即制的，非常好吃。如果要说一个缺点，就是距离古城有点儿距离，不太方便，但是可以用来度假度蜜月用也不错啊！

Peaceful but far away

Location of the hotel is remote. You need to have rented motorbike or car, otherwise pretty stuck from anywhere. There is transportation available from hotel but it cost a lot more than "normal" means of transportation. Pool area is very nice, also rooms are clean and spacious. In our room there was some wall of shower broken/missing and leaving bathroom partly unfinished. Breakfast was basic but tasty, staff friendly. If you are ready to travel everywhere this is nice small resort, otherwise think about distances vs services available twice.

小巧可愛的泳池..溫馨的氣氛和整個庭院環境相呼應...很優質又平價的選擇!每天一班免費接駁至古城或SHOPPING SENTER.可以遠離市區的喧嘩但又可以隨時回到熱鬧人間.VILLA路口有個小巧的午後市集...可以購買水果和簡便的食物.還有免費的腳踏車可以運用

A quiet and comfortable resort

I stayed in Rawisara Villa Resort for 6 nights. It is a small resort with 13 Villa / Rooms in total. However it is a very quiet and comfortable place to stay in Chiang Mai. We stayed in Grand Villa Suite with 2 bed rooms & 2 washrooms. The living room is large with an open kitchen. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable, the bed sheets and blankets look all brand new. Staff are friendly and offer help if you request. The only complaint from my son is that the swimming pool is a bit small (but can't expect it is a large one as it only has 13 rooms there). The location is a bit far from down town (take 20 minutes by car to the town) but there is a large shopping mall nearby so you can get your meals & necessities there. Breakfast is okay, and you can request the hotel staff to arrange private car pick up for you. The fare is generally a bit cheaper than taxi. If you get a taxi driver who doesn't know the way to send you back to the resort, ask him to call the resort, it will be much easier for him to find the way. Overall speaking we don't have much problem to go back to the resort even though its location is a bit remote. You need to pay around THB250 ~ 300 per trip from the down town to the resort. If you want to stay in a quiet resort with comfortable condition, it is quiet a good choice, we booked via Expedia and the rate was good for such a big room.

Very nice hotel

A very nice hotel with good service. A little out of the way but they do arrange car-driver for a fee. Not ideal for a business trip but recommended for a quiet getaway.
