There's a restaurant on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafe. Free breakfast is served. WiFi is free in public spaces. A 24-hour business center and a meeting room are available. An outdoor pool, spa services, and a terrace are also featured at the business-friendly Amarin Resort Chiang Rai. Self parking and valet parking are free.
Room was clean. Bathroom had hand held shower head, hairdryer, room slippers, bathrobes, safe. Towels for 2 pax per room. Complimentary drinking water (2 bottles). Breakfast - very nice porridge. Receptionists were helpful.
The hotel is nice and comfy but it located amid residential area which is both pro and con at the same time. On the up side, it's quite and convenient for traveling to other places. However, the hotel does not have a restaurant (only serve breakfast) and there're only a few pricey restaurants within walking distance. It'd be better to have your own transportation though taxi can be arranged by the receptionist.
Hotel isn't a resort. It's just a hotel. No pool. No gym. Breakfast is a basic quality.
Considering where the hotel is, the facilities and service is acceptable. Especially for the price you pay.
So overall it's a nice place.
The hotel is a pleasant and spacious place to be. In my opinion, it should not be called a resort, a little misleading. The manager is very helpful and helped us put together a trip to the Golden Triangle. The rooms are large, independent, and clean. The mattresses are very hard and I mentioned it to the manager and they put a soft topper on my bed, so no problem. The included breakfast is a cut above most included breakfasts. The hotel is one level, individual rooms, in a park like setting. The bellman did have a trolley to take our suitcases to our rooms.
