This New hotel is perfect the rooms are spacious and very comfortable
The staff is absolutely professional kind and helpfull
The swimming pool is large and the breakfast great
Everything was great
The hotel provided us several free shuttle
Chiang Rai is a pleasant town with beautiful temples and surroundings

Très bel hôtel , excellent service

Un excellent hotel qui se démarque
Publié le 14 févr. 2019 sur HotelsC’est vraiment la qualité du boutique hôtel. Un accueil professionnel,chaleureux et courtois. Une chambre WOW confortable grande et spacieuse (chambre-salon-balcon grande salle de bain) le personnel est à l’Écoute des clients et tres compréhensif. Nous avions une navette à tous les soirs pour aller au centre ville même si on pouvait y aller à pied. Le déjeuner est copieux beaucoup de choix un des plus beau buffet de nos 2 mois en Asie. La piscine est grande l’eau est un peu froide ca semble une caractéristique ici en Thaïlande malgré une température de 30-34 degrés Celsius. Il y a un élément qui pourrait être améliorer c’ Est en rapport avec la piscine une échelle où une rampe serait sécuritaire pour la descente car pour une personne âgée on peut perdre l’equilibre et se blesser. Ce fut un excellent séjour merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur beau sourire.

Allow Mora Boutique hotel to express the gratitude toward your kindly review the recent experience, it genuinely inspires all personnel especially being acknowledged that the hospitality of ours considering the room quality, service from the staff, shuttle providing, food variety, and the swimming pool could escort your time here to be comfortable. However, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience in term of the lack of ladder in the swimming pool. This will definitely be enhanced for further improvement. Very attentive staff at the property. A La Carte breakfast was delicious as well as the cocktails at the roof top bar. Hotel rooms were clean and chic.
