The rooms are great, but it’s superficial. No WiFi available due to them switching over to another service. Room was not what we reserved and front desk, while accommodating, made me feel like I was trying to sneak one past her by getting an upgrade that i hadn’t paid for (I had by the way) there is always a problem with the night stands. This has happened more than once at this place. Outlets offered in the nightstand but then nightstand not plugged in. And sometimes outlet is very hard to reach. Why can’t they check this room to room?:/ Movement sensor in the bathroom turns on light and loud fan every time you walk by or enter, nice, except in the middle of the night. Lastly very thin walls and floors, you hear everything outside your room and people walking over your head constantly. This place is beautiful but can be very pricey certain times of the year and I’m just not sure it’s worth it. But Arlington Heights is really lacking in nice updated hotel rooms so you have to weigh your options

Only about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, free parking, rooftop bar, access to Netflix, sound machines in room for sleeping and large bathrooms! An amazing place to stay!

The whole experience at this hotel was lovely! Check in was easy and the front desk person was VERY nice. The hallways had an amazing scent so you felt luxurious! The rooms were stunning, the furniture the lighting and the bed OMG The beds are so comfy you never want to get out of them. The bar was delightful and so chic for a rooftop bar it was not chilly in the slightest. What really set them apart was how wonderful everyone was with my dog! It was his first time traveling and I was nervous - but everyone paid him a ton of attention, gave him lots of pets and water and showed him serious love (even other guests). My ONLY critiques - I only had French Vanilla Creamer in my coffee supplies so keep an eye on that, and the bath towels could be larger. I was barely able to cover my whole body. Definitely a great place for a wedding, meeting, event etc if you are in Chicago!
