We were pleasantly surprised by how big and clean the room was!
Breakfast was ok. Sausages and tater tots were a little hard. Breakfast room was very clean and bright.

Rooms was nice , elevator needs a lot of updating . We just had a snowstorm in the area and parking lots have not been plowed so they are covered in snow . Staff at front desk was very nice upon checkin .

Thank you for your review! We did a a major snow storm and the plow trucks will not come until blowing snow and wind calm down. I can assure you they did plow twice each day and salted twice each day. They did a great job at Hyatt and our hotel for how severe it was.
