Excellent rapport qualité prix pour la ville de Chicago!
Publié le 22 août 2023 sur HomeAwayTrès bien situé malgré que le quartier soit excentré 45 minutes de transport en commun pour atteindre le centre ville. Cependant la station de métro de la ligne bleu est a 5 minutes de marche. Il s'agit d'un beau quartier très sécure et avec tous les services à proximité. Les communications avec les propriétaires sont cordiales et efficaces. Le seul bémol sont les marches qui permettent d'accéder au matelas de la deuxième chambre qui sont exiguës et qui pourraient ne pas convenir à certaines personnes. En conclusion si nous retournons à Chicago nous reviendrons très certainement au même endroit.

Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat apartment! Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. Extremely close to Blue Line into Chicago. Easy drive to Wheaton (could have easily taken the Metra instead). Recommend Cuzzo pizza and Addis Cafe in Oak Park. One of us came down with a cold- grocery and drugstore nearby, and we spent the day playing cards and watching movies. Kitchenette was great for making our own (read: cheap) breakfasts each day. Thank you!

Comfortable, convenient, and professional
Publié le 3 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything about our stay was fantastic. The pictures were exact, the amenities were really well done and a lot was provided. From free wifi to professional responses/check ins this Vrbo is one of my favorites.
The only noticeable "negative" trait was what looked to be just a piece of garbage behind the couch. I wouldnt give a lower review for something weve all probably seen in our own homes once or twice.
The owner is polite, responsive, but also understanding.
If i could give a tip it would be to the owner: make sure you check who uses your wii in the house. We stumbled across previous players who put racial slurs as characters and some inappropriate words left on a couple games from other renters before us.
Please dont let that stop you from staying here! Lovely place.

Great place for a weekend getaway
Publié le 30 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayMy S.O. and I had a great time staying in this cute little apartment. It was clean and tidy, there were even soaps and shampoo left in the shower. In the case of visiting Chicago again, I would definitely look into staying here again.

Great Neighborhood and Stay
Publié le 20 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayMe, my partner, and our 3 year old stayed here for a weekend getaway. The neighborhood is great - quiet, seemed safe and family-friendly. The apartment was as described, clean and in good condition. The space felt a bit damp (presumably as its a basement apartment) but not terrible. I do wish there had been an outdoor seating area of some kind to sit and enjoy the weather (while it lasts!) but not a deal-breaker. Off-street parking was GREAT to have, and access to the L was simple (Blue Line less than a mile South of the rental, Green Line less than a mile North). The local restaurants were good, and it was nice to not have to drive anywhere to grab a bite to eat or a few groceries. Overall I recommend this location for those visiting the Windy City.

Great place to stay for trip to a Cubs Game
Publié le 27 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayOur family stayed here when we went to a couple Cubs games. Safe neighborhood and clean and comfortable apartment. Property manager was quick to reply to any questions or requests we had. We will try to stay here again next time we watch the Cubs.
