A nice option for a staycation
Posted Feb. 2, 2024 on HotelsEasy checkin and was lucky to be able to check in a little early. Staff was extremely kind, and the room was nice. A little dusty, but otherwise very clean. Only downside we didn’t realize about the amenities is that the pool and hot tub are disconnected so you have to walk outside to get too

Staff was unable to check us in for 15 minutes because they couldn’t find our reservation and didn’t know how to check their other system.
Cleanliness was okay. Hallways had literally dust globs in numerous places, bathroom tub had mold.

The property and staff were great. There were a few issues with the room, we had a junior suite and it was missing a phone, one of the 2 tvs did not work, the thermostat only showed one number so it was difficult to know what to set the temperature too and the in room safe was locked and broken. We let the staff know of the issues but they were not fixed.
