Surprising

The room was big and nice however there were some things that I was surprised to see…. Only 1 of 2 large widows had a privacy shade, there was no blower for the bathroom, no glassware in the room, the alarm clock which we did not set went off at 6:00 in the morning

Love to stay here, the room is so cleane, breakfast is good enough for an essential energy of a new day. The staff is so friendly go far beyond to help guest, Julie, the front desk is supper nice, lady work at the breakfast area cleaning all the time and very kind. I would recommend to my friends and relatives whenever they come to Glendale Height, Illinois. The City has quite shoppings.

Loud heating unit

Spacious room, very clean, wonderful breakfast. Problem was the heating unit which kicked on every fifteen minutes or so with a very loud noise and shudder. Woke me up many times all night long.

We stayed here to be close to a medical facility for a follow-up appointment following surgery. It is a pretty basic hotel, but the front desk staff were very helpful and the stay worked out well. We ended up with an accessible room due to availability and it looked like some of the modifications in the bathroom were no longer accessible to wheelchair-bound folks. That being said, even with it being nearly full the hotel was quiet, safe, and did the trick. The hot breakfast the next morning was good as well.
