We arrived 25 minutes before check in time at 4 pm. We stood in line for checkin-got up to the desk and were told to come back in 25 minutes when we will start assigning rooms. There was already about 50 people waiting in the lobby for their rooms….after a long day to a lobby full of people waiting for rooms because the staff wouldnt assign rooms until after 4 pm. Seriously-just check people in. If the rooms are ready, which they all were then why make people angry and just give them a place to go. Get off the power trip…

Great Quiet Room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and extremely quiet for a room in downtown Chicago. We would gladly book here again for a future stay in the Windy City.

Staff and location were excellent. I would however only give this hotel 3.5 stars due to the bed. It squeaked every time I moved and the mattress was too firm and uncomfortable.
