Check in wasn't very communicative and acted rushed. I asked her if there was an upgrade available for a one bedroom suite. She said you're in a one bedroom. I had booked some time ago and couldn't remember. Nope. Just a regular hotel room. It seems to me that being desk personnel should know the difference. Maybe this hotel doesn't have suites. I don't know. Because she doesn't know. Outside of that we had a great time. Pool area a little dirty but that could have just been because the people were slobs that day and they hadn't gotten to clean it yet. Fake eyelashes and band aids laying around. Yuck!

The property was good. Stayed there several times but this particular time I had to notify staff about kids running up and down the stairs at night making too much noise and and playing in the hallways.
