It's unkept. Our shower dripped the entire time. Holiday Inn Express is the only property I have ever stayed in and had to kill a bug or two at two different locations. Cleaning staff never really cleaned the room. Didn't empty the garbage. Basically just changed the towels, if those were even truly changed. Needless to say, this will be our last time staying at a Holiday Inn Express.

Easy fix would boast rating

The breakfast buffet has begun to use foam plates and bowls. Ecological disasters. Try using only paper products for your buffet and boast your ecological orientation.

My wife and I stayed for four nights. The free parking was a huge plus as well as convenient access to public transportation. We used public transportation all the days we went into the city. The hotel itself had friendly and helpful employees, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and we slept great on the beds. If we ever come to the area again, we will use this Holiday Inn!
