Great stay!

We had a great stay visiting Chicago! The location was perfect for walking around and when we wanted to travel farther, getting an Uber or using public transportation was very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

In a v safe area, room had all amenities for our stay. Breakfast was ok, tad boring for longer stays. Special mention Mark at the front desk who always replied to all our questions with a smile.

This hotel is conveniently located in Streeterville. It's perfect if you're mostly looking for a place to sleep. There aren't any frills but it's incredibly safe, clean, and offers nice amenities like free breakfast. Perfect spot to explore Chicago from.

I’m mentioning this under the pretense that it was the air and water show however check in time is 15:00 and we finally got in to our room at 15:45. Not a huge deal and fortunately we had no place to rush off to or we would have been screwed. Also, parking is not convenient. I get it, the location is ideal and such a busy and fabulous part of a tremendous city…… just be prepared to walk. And if it was a Chicago winter?…… oy

Overall very good!! Only hiccup would be the breakfast service. Service was poor, very low pace and not very well attended. Food came in small batches not sufficient to cover the whole line of guests waiting in line. My stay was during the week, i cannot imagine how crowded would be during weekends.

The hotel was in a great location, close to shopping, excellent dining options and convenience stores. The hotel itself was clean and stylish. It offered a yummy breakfast each morning, and the staff were super kind and helpful! It had a clean and well-furnished workout room and nice washers and dryers to wash your clothes during a long trip! Highly recommend!

I was overcharged for items I did not purchase; no housekeeping during a five-day stay; staff are unprofessional and unfriendly; the area is loud and the walls are thin; sirens and honking noise all night long; basic breakfast (at least it’s free); would not stay here again; carpet had pet hair and crumbs; kitchen had food crumbs; microwave had food particles; this hotel has problems with housekeeping, staff, and sketchy charges; location is fine, but not the noise level of the area; overheard staff talking about the guests and bad mouthing them behind their back and talking sexually about women who passed by; inappropriate and unprofessional
proof of a dirty carpet and sticky floors: walked around the hotel room for like 30 minutes with just my socks on and look how dirty my socks got!
