TV not working and staff could not fix it. No TV channels and streaming did not work.
Pool was out of order.
I am here with two teenagers for spring break. We were stuck with using our phones in our hotel room. Thank goodness I am not here for multiple days...because we would not be.

this hotel offers a nice, clean, safe, cozy place to stay that is walking distance from the hospital and also lots of great restaurants. i stay here whenever i have to travel for medical care

front desk staff were AWESOME
Publié le 20 mars 2024 sur HotelsParking in the hotels garage would have been super convenient but it was more expensive than the garage next door or street parking. Staff at the front desk were AWESOME. Housekeeping was very loud in the mornings - yelling to each other down the hallway for an extended period of time (even after I opened the door and ask them to stop yelling because someone in the room was still sleeping). Did I mention the front desk staff were AWESOME.

A fine hotel to stay in in Hyde Park. Super convenient - very close to the Metra and to lots and lots of dining options. Can get a little loud if you're on a lower floor.
