the hotel was degusting the carpet had dog ee stains there was broken glass on the carpet the fridge stunk because the door would not close garbage under the bed, we reported it to the front desk and they promised us a new cleaner room, but they had no room available. Four days later they replaced the fridge and cleaned the room when we got to the room housekeeping left their nasty rubber glove on the desk nasty. We were told that they will remove 20% off our entire bill but the manager trying to change the refund sounds likes living in dog ee and poo. This place is nasty gross. the rooms are dated the pool had a shatter glass and the mold was growing on shower walls and ceilings and floors nasty i have pictures of the hotel dungeon. Did not look the pictures they advertise fraud. Nasty nasty
