This place is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location with easy access to hot spots in the city. The kitchen is beautiful and it’s very spacious. Katrina at the front desk was so accommodating and the service provided was beyond exceptional. The look and style of everything is very modern and the amenities are amazing. This was worth way more than what we paid and I am super picky about cleanliness, service, and overall presentation. The views from the top 31st floor of the city were beautiful.

Excellent apartment & location. Very good on site facilities. Large supermarket (Jewel Osco) a 3 minute walk away. Lovely balcony. Good sized 15 metre outdoor swimming pool & well equipped gym. Great dining options within a few minutes walk in the busy Fulton Market area. Spoilt for choice there. Apartment could have been cleaner. Main areas absolutely fine but visible dust in corners & behind bedside tables. Only complaint.

Staff Service iz zero and we call 4-5 times for bath towels. We have included in our reservation wine bottle and 2beverages per stay. No beverages provide and for wine we ask 7-8tes then they give us. Horrible service. No room service even if you said we will pay still u dont get room service.
