This Guest House is a very nice getaway. You have full access to everything which is great and it’s also for a great price. No one disturbs you and no one bothers anyone so it’s like your in a house just with people you might see from time to time 😂 the only thing I didn’t like was there aren’t personal tvs In the rooms you’ll have to use the common area for that. Otherwise I give this 5 stars will be returning.

Thank you for the beautiful review. Unfortunately because it’s a guest house and the rooms are so close to each other, TVs in the rooms will be disturbance and no one will follow the quiet hours rules.

Ridiculous/theft / buyer beware- don't go there

non refundable then send ten rules = fraud/theft What would the BBB say? It contradicts what is in the posting Check-in instructions and house rules (Read the entire text 1–10 and confirm your arrival time) 1. Check in is available anytime after 3 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m. **Fee for early check-in OR bag storage OR late check out is $30. That's $30 PER incident. 2. The main entrance code is 3. Wi-fi access and further information are located behind your room door. 4. We are a guesthouse, not a hotel, so the walls are thin. We expect our guests to observe the quiet hours of 10 PM to 8AM in respect to other guests. 5. Your reservation is non-refundable. No exceptions. 6. Additional guest fee is $50/night plus tax. GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING ANY VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY. **We report trespassing by unauthorized visitors to the Chicago Police Department (CPD).** 7. Please ensure that the number of guests for which you originally booked is adhered to. We reserve the right tov terminate the reservation/stay of any guest that commits booking fraud or fraudulently misrepresents any information provided to us. We are very sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience in our guesthouse.We try to be as transparent as possible with all the house rules we provide to our guests. We can allow someone to walk you to the door but not enter the guesthouse especially if they are not a guest, this is for the safety of the other people staying in the guesthouse as well.
