My wife and I were there for my nephew wedding. Our room smelled terrible. The tub was dirty, bugs in the room, and cracks in every wall. My wife couldn’t sleep and we didn’t have the fund to go somewhere else. The hotel staff were pretty ok but the rooms are horrible. We had to wash all our clothes because we didn’t want too take the bugs with us. The breakfast was terrible and no plastic gloves were used so everyone was touching the food. I will NEVER stay at your hotel again .

We enjoy our stay. There is just a misunderstanding regarding the information provided by the counter staff regarding the rate. When I called Experdia, I noticed a large difference between what I paid and the hotel rate. Expedia called the counter and confirmed that I was informed incorrectly.

The room was clean, but badly in need of updating. Things like toilet paper roll holder missing, hair dryer wall attachment missing, bar in tub missing, and several other things. No tissues provided. No spare roll of TP provided when partial roll ran out. Not enough towels in room. This location was far below what I would think a Wyndham facility would be - and it’s even rated mid level! Not even up to standards for a low level location! Person stocking breakfast not paying attention to when food ran out - visiting with friends/family instead and bringing out other food to share with them in the dining area. Plates ran out a few times in the short time I was eating. Juice ran out, pancake batter ran out, yogurt ran out, etc. Elevator had trash in it - same trash remained for a couple days. Back entrance had overflowing trash can with trash on the ground around it.

Beware

Unfriendly staff. Charged $50 incidental like most hotels do. Used nothing. They claim to have credited the $50, yet it still hasn't been. Should have never been charged, only held, like I was told. Many issues with this hotel beyond poor customer service.

The room was filthy, gnat flies were coming from the overflow outlet on the sink. My bed had a 2X4 lumbar as the base and I constantly hurt my toes going to the bed because it was over sized for the bed frame. The floor standing light had no bulb and i inormed the staff she stated that there is no one available to take care of the problem. There was a hand soap container and we found it was empty when my wife tried to wash her hand. The bath room was filth, the vent in it was clogged with dust. I regret staying there.
