Impressed by the kindness of staff. Well appointed rooms. Very pleasant experience. Abdul greeted us like we were his company not guests. Great personality. We dropped a Starbucks bottle as we were leaving and the kind housekeeper took care of the cleanup for us. She insisted, rather than lend us the mop. Really appreciated your staff!

Bathroom caulk needs replaced, bathroom counter looks like it’s about to fall off the wall. Toilets needed replaced as it was falling apart. I got the room with the jetted tub which did not work. Also charged a deposit for the room just because it was booked through hotels.com. Stay away!

Room was very run down. Walls were scratched up, paint was peeling, fixtures in the bathroom were rusty, bathroom door was cracked, lightbulbs were missing, couch looked dirty. It felt very run down. Breakfast food was very bland and even dishes with warmers were cold. Bed was also extra firm.

The room was pretty dirty. And in really rough shape. The whole place was very outdated. To the point where I didn’t really want to even try the breakfast. Staff was friendly, so that was nice. But I don’t think we’ll be back.
