It was my son's birthday and the staff was extra kind. We loved the room with the view. The only bummer was that the hot tub wasn't working in February 2026 and the pool was cold. We did like playing in the game room and the proximity to the art museums.

Our room was filthy after having a hour long issue with checking in after having pre-paid a week prior and within 30 minutes of check in our rooms disgusting, sicks cabinet door kicked in filthy rugs stained bed sheets overall you booking a used apartment so be ware.

The walls in the room had scuff marks and smudges. The towel bar was broken, toilet seat was loose, worn cabinets, and an imprint from a person who punched the refrigerator door. The hotel seemed like a low income housing complex!

Definitely short of my expectations. I arrived an hour early and could not check in without paying a fee equal to one third of my daily rental. After sitting to wait to check in, I arrived to a room with no soap in the bathroom, a constant dripping noise in the wall, extremely low pressure in the shower, drawers in the bathroom that were off track, and a living room rug with what looked like black spots in one area. The room would have been amazing but all this just piled up to one big disappointment.

This is a great affordable option in the city when you want extra space. Self-checkin is super easy and convenient. Room is spacious, modern and with two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The staff was great, didn’t feel the same for parking, parking is around the corner for valet for $77 a night. The room I stayed was lack luster at best, the view and the look of the condo was fine. I wasn’t impressed with the furniture, no tv in the bedroom and the full size bed was surprising , and the bedroom remained cold throughout the visit here. The cooking utensils was less desirable than expected. For the price of parking and the $250 deposit, I expected a better experience than what I encountered at Sentral, unfortunately I don’t think I will be back. It’s ok, but for that price I can definitely get better.
