This was our 4th time staying at this property and it was not good! 1. No internet service in the room they gave me a number to call and those people said that there is no box close enough to reach our room for service. With that being said I called office again and I requested a new room the next day they said ok but in the morning we decided screw it because we bought food and had many things that we would of had to pack up put it in car then go to new room and then again unpack !! 2. There was no shampoo or body wash in the containers in 1 bathroom and the other bathroom there was only 1 shampoo with nothing in it and the other 2 ripped out of canister. 3. 1 roll of toilet paper I would of assumed if the room was taken care of before we checked in this would of been taken care of! 4. I spoke to the front desk and he apologized that this shouldn’t of happened but it did and they did NOT offer us anything I had some work to complete and I had to use my data hot spot to get on my computer. 5. New ownership has taken over this property maybe there just not situated yet and as I said this is the 4th time being at this property but they should of offered a free night or something but we got nothing and my reservation was Friday through Monday we packed and left on Sunday after pre paying for the room!!!

Staff was excellent, breakfast was great. However the bathroom could have been swept. There was hair all over the floor behind the door. There was also crumbs or something on the couch and desk chair. The headboard should be replaced since it's peeling. And maybe shampoo the carpet.

Easily one of the worst properties I stayed at. Outdated, dirty and undermaintained. The only good thing about the property was a night front desk staff who was very polite, courteous and attentive.

SoNESTA ES not so much

Stain on carpet, doors were dirty. We missed our first day, and never got to take advantage of breakfast. Heater was blowing cold air, and no one did anything! We were cleaning up and loading the car after 1100am. They charged me $100.

One room was dirty. The door was damaged. The carpet was dirty. Couch was dirty. I should’ve had took some pictures. Then I will switch to another room. It was no no better. It’s all you make it all this money off this Hotel it’s time to fix it up the rooms clean the carpet hire a new staff to help you keep your hotel up and running

We were assured that the pool would be open during our stay. However, when the kids went to swim in the morning, we were told it was closed for maintenance, with a promise that it would reopen that afternoon. When afternoon came, the pool was still closed. This cycle of promises continued for several days, until we finally decided to leave and move to another hotel. The most disappointing part was that every time we asked, we were told it would open "in a couple of hours," yet it never opened at all during our entire stay.
