Friendly and lovely staff, beautiful accommodations. It was my Mothers 70th bday and they went beyond our expectations with accommodations and thoughtful birthday gestures. The concierge service is top tier, helpful and knowledgeable.

Extremely attentive staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Daily steam and sauna was a great way to unwind. The weather was terrible in January for my first pilmigrage to Chicago. I intend to return in the summer.
