Location was perfect. Staff was courteous. Room service every day. Breakfast options are close by. Free water refill station and they also provide water bottles each day. Very convenient.

Right across the street from the navy pier! Everything about the hotel is amazing as far as the lobby, weight room, pool, and room. The only thing that wasn’t good was the beds themselves. The weren’t comfortable. Other than that great place to stay.

Elevators were congested several mornings---one time down elevator was already completely full starting around the 18th floor, but uselessly stopped 4-5 more times on its way to the lobby.
