Accommodating up to 7 people, the house includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with an island, three bedrooms (two with single beds and one with a double bed and TV), and a bathroom. You will enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, television, parasol, and portable speakers. Ideal for families, the chalet also offers games and children's books, a cot and high chair upon request. In the beautiful outdoor garden, you will find a covered terrace and a high-walled pool to refresh yourselves on warm days.



The property is just 5 minutes from a shopping centre and a market with fresh and local products, and 10 minutes by car from Chiclana de la Frontera. La Barrosa Beach and places for water activities are about 20 minutes away by car. The chalet offers four private parking spaces, accessible with a key. Parties or events are not allowed, and stays for groups under 25 years old are not recommended. Well-trained pets are accepted with prior notice, making sure they do not get on sofas or beds. Bed linen and one towel are included. A bus stop is 2 minutes from the chalet. On request and for an additional fee, an at-home massage service can be arranged. If two couples are coming, you can ask the owner to change the beds to have two rooms with double beds. An extra bed can also be provided for an additional charge.
