Located just steps away from Fir Landings Public Boat Launch, this spectacular property is sure to please the boater in your family with its quick and easy access to Little Oyster Bay. 2 first level bedrooms and 2 second level bedrooms, with a large open floor plan makes this home very enjoyable for large family or two family rental. Open decks, great vista's. Many new renovations, including new flooring and new furnishings. Fenced in back yard. Outdoor Shed w/ Beach Accessories ( Beach Chairs and beach toys).

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Great house!

We (two families with young kids) had a great stay at this house. Overall, it was a comfortable house that had enough seating (inside and out) and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Our kids didn’t get to enjoy the backyard as much as we had hoped because it was extremely hot during our visit (heat advisory a couple of days) and we spent most of our time at the beach, but they did have fun playing in the backyard in the early mornings before it got too hot. Guests should be aware that the temperature in the house can be drastically different in the front and back rooms. The back rooms on both floors (living and dining rooms on the first floor and one of the second floor bedrooms) have large windows facing the afternoon sun and really heated up in the afternoons. Again, it was extremely hot during our stay and this might not be “normal” for the house, but we had the A/C set to 72 and the thermostat in the upstairs back bedroom read 82-84 a couple of afternoons. Downstairs was not as bad, 78 or so, and the three bedrooms in the front of the house were the correct temperature. In fact, the couple that stayed in the upstairs front bedroom were chilly at night! Otherwise, great house and Harbor Rentals was extremely easy to work with.

Everything was very clean and amazing.

I will definitely stay here again with my family. My only recommendation is to add lighting above the showers in the bathrooms. It’s a tad dark when showering, but everything was comfortable, clean and amazing.
