Everything was fine. Very clean, friendly service, great breakfast selection. The only negative was that I paid extra for a room with a jetted tub but I ran out of hot water while filling the tub and could never figure out how to turn on the jets.

It was OK. Old bars of soap on the bathtub surround. Rooms not updated. Pool was closed, we weren't told that when booking. Breakfast was above average, though! Family of manager? parked their vehicles in front, on the ingress/egress to the parking lot so you couldn't meet another car on the driveway.

Greg, I parsley want to apologize for the way your room was at check-in as well as for staff parking in front of the ingress. I most definitely will be having a conversation with staff on these issues.

Floor in 1st room was soaking wet so got be room. Long hairs on back of toilet and old chips behind futon. Bed sheets were nice and clean and front desk was super friendly and helpful!!

We stay at this property every year when in Hibbing got events and it is conveniently located and the most affordable option, but the condition has gone down hill every year with the price going up. It is a safe and comfortable stay and we will likely continue to stay here for that reason, but the hotel has been under remodel for over a year with the pool area closed. This year we noticed the rooms had been very hastily cleaned with hair left on countertops, splatter on mirrors and soap dish, and some garbage left about. There was also mold on the muffins at breakfast and the water in the shower in one of our rooms would not get above luke warm. The staff is friendly and relaxed
