Located in a small village above Klausen, Apartments Marialisa offers magnificent mountain views, ensuring a peaceful holiday. The 50 m² apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and two covered panoramic balconies with stunning mountain views. Situated on the top floor, it faces south and west. Additional amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as a selection of books and brochures.
The shared outdoor area invites you to relax with a heated whirlpool (open from May to the end of October), sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, lounge area, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a quiet zone.
The apartment is in the centre of Gufidaun, a charming village in the heart of South Tyrol. Three restaurants and a pizzeria are just a two-minute walk away. The property is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Gröden and Villnöss valleys, and close to the Dolomites.
