Great hotel

I had a great stay at the hotel, with excellent service, and a great room. Especially grateful to the staff for being responsive specifically Leo-duty manager who helped a lot and made me feel comfortable

Very poor hotel

Were given a room 1019 above the air conditioning units for the hotel. Very noisy and asked to change rooms. Moved to 2018. Aircon did not work. Asked for a repair to be done. We were given a fan and told that's it!! Very poor management. Generally grubby hotel other than the lobby and restaurant floor. Not near a five star rating.

staffs are friendly, but facilities are quite old no upgrade work done at toilet.

Not recommended to stay

The hotel is not up to real 5 star hotel . Could be better . Towels are too old and smelly. Hotel staff can’t speak English and very difficult to understand guest needs. Concierge service is poor and below standard.
