You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

3 bed bungalow with large garden. New kitchen installed December 2025.

Bungalow 5 minutes walk to sea. The bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other two rooms. We have a travel cot and high-chair if required. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, 40" TV, DVD and Video player. WiFi. Kitchen has built in double electric cooker and electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. The dining area has table and 6 chairs. The bathroom has bath with a separate shower cubical, toilet and sink. There are 2 toilets in bungalow. It has gas central heating. We have put in new wooden flooring in lounge and hall and new flooring in conservatory in October 2021. Off road parking for 2 cars and we have a large back garden for children to run round in. We have had a new kitchen installed December 2025.
It is suitable for disabled people as long as they can get out of wheelchair as all flat but it does not have any hand rails. There is 1 step to get in to property and conservatory.

We provide hand, bath and tea towels but not beach towels.

There are 2 pubs/restaurants within 500 yards. There are other restaurants, banks and shops less than 1/2 mile away. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to Highcliffe castle as seen on Mr Selfridge TV series, 5 minutes walk to the sea and 5 minutes walk to Highcliffe castle golf course. We are on edge of new forest. Bournemouth is about 8 miles away. There are lots of golf courses here. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

Highcliffe castle was seen on last series of Mr Selfridge is just 300 yards away. Mr Selfridge grave is in St Marks church 300yards away. Please be aware there is a £100key/damage deposit required.

Lovely bungalow, everything you need. Nice layout, spacious, gorgeous garden. Super convenient location, easy walk across the road to the castle and beach. Bournemouth within short drive. Perfect spot would come again.

Perfect Family Retreat Close to Beaches and Local Charm

Our Christmas stay at Sue and Steve's bungalow was perfect! The space was comfortable, spotless, and roomy for our family, including our teenagers. One of the highlights was being so close to the beautiful beaches—it made morning runs and seaside walks so easy and enjoyable. Plus, having great local restaurants and the town just minutes away was incredibly convenient. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. I happily recommend their bungalow to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located retreat!

3 Silver Way Highcliffe.

The bungalow was very comfortable, well furnished and beautifully clean. There was a large garden but sadly the weather was too wet to sit in it, we just had to enjoy it from the comfortable conservatory. The area was a quiet road with several nearby places to eat. Public transport was good.

Highcliffe hols

Very comfortable bungalow with all you need for a good stay. Lovely area. Easy walk to the beach though have to cross a busy road over to Highcliffe castle then round the grounds to the zig zag concrete path down to the beach. Christchurch is nice, coast coffee cafe gets a mention for nice lunches. Went to travel the steam train between Norden and Swanage via the chain link ferry at sandbanks. Went to Beaulieu museum which is worth a visit and see the New Forest and ponies on the way. Overall a lovely stay and our second time there. Owners very helpful and contactable. Will go again.

Lovely location and plenty of space

The property is nice, with lots of outdoor space (which was welcome with two young children). Location is great for travelling to beaches and other places of interest. The beds were super comfortable, which is sometimes a big issue I find when staying away! Thank you to Steve and Sue for a lovely stay.

Mostly pottering in Poole.

Enjoyable stay in the bungalow, comfortable beds, slightly small bathroom but usable, handy having the cloakroom as a second toilet facility. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Conservatory was nice especially when the sun came out. Quiet area no road noise although the main road is busy and difficult to cross on foot to get to Highcliffe castle. Tearoom at Highcliffe is not a patch on what it was a few years ago, only good for coffee and cake. Nice walk from Highcliffe Castle to Mudeford Quay with cafes and toilets on the way. Bungalow ideally placed to visit Poole/ Bournemouth/ New Forest etc had some good days out with nice weather. Also handy for Tesco express/ Co-op in Highcliffe a short drive away. Would definitely go again to the property.

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely holiday here. The bungalow is very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and has a good sized enclosed garden. It is in a convenient situation with shops and pubs within walking distance. The walk to the beach was rather longer than suggested but no problem for fit adults.

Short break for a change of scenery

The property is ideal for those who have walking difficulties. Off street parking is a real luxury for us!! The bungalow is situated in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac, but is close enough to local shops and sea front. All the rooms were very comfortable, we especially enjoyed sitting in the conservatory looking out into the garden. A couple of minor negative points. My mother-in-law (89) wouldn’t use the shower as there was nothing to hold on to. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils and cooking equipment. But overall I would recommend this property for a nice quiet break.
