Everything provided to make this a comfortable stay. Would suggest suitcase holders in each bedroom to save your back.

Nice kitchen area, nice outdoor area, walking distance to centre but parking in garage with a bigger car was not easy.

It’s a awesome house near Christchurch city central, all the important city views are in the walk distant, means location is so perfect! A little dark if you arrived the house late, but when you open the light, you can’t not control yourself to scream it. The house is amazing to live. I will highly recommend to everyone, and if I can go back to Christchurch, I will choose the same one without doubt. Thank you chic.

Central, comfortable and warm.

The property is central and close to the city centre. There is quite a lot of rebuilding work going on around the property (as with most of Christchurch) but the noise didn't affect us too much. The property is comfortable, warm and handy if you need to be near the centre. Parking is available at the back in a garage and is secure behind gates. There is also some on-street parking available. There is a heat pump downstairs and on wall heaters in the two bedrooms, which kept the house warm at night. The kitchen is nice and modern and has everything you need. The bathroom is also modern and the shower is very nice (no bath), There is a nice pizza restaurant within a short walk (less than 5 minutes) that was very convenient.
