Luxurious Oceanfront Honeymoon Cottage - as seen on HGTV - Gated Subdivision

This 1B/1B oceanfront cottage with a full kitchen sits in a gated community on St. Croix's north shore. Sit and watch the surfers, windsurfers, kite surfers, turtles, whales, kayakers, and pelicans cruise through the water from the cottage deck or walk the 25 yards down to the beach for an even closer look. You may even run into a 500 pound turtle making a nest. Walk/run/bike the 9 miles of private roads within the safe gated community. Great central location for exploring all that St. Croix has to offer. 4 miles to downtown Christiansted.

The property was shown on an episode of HGTV's House Hunter's International (Caribbean Quandary). Check it out at the end of the show.

St. Croix is the largest of the US Virgin Islands, but it remains a well-kept secret in comparison to St. Thomas and St. John. St. Croix is much quieter and more laid-back. The island offers water sports in abundance, such as scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, kayaking, surfing, and kite-surfing, with numerous beaches to explore. St. Croix has two small towns (Christiansted and Frederiksted) that have duty-free shopping and historic architecture. St. Croix offers something for everyone. Come relax on this wonderful island. No passports needed for US citizens.

St. Croix isn't just the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands, but it also boasts the Caribbean's largest living reef. And it is the only spot in the region where you can dive a wall that drops more than 13,000 feet.

The cottage was wonderful. The secluded beach was so beautiful. Emily the host went way beyond the extra mile when our car rental fell through. She took us to the grocery store on our arrival since we were stranded and then to pick up our rental car when available. We also found home made cupcakes in the fridge to celebrate my wife’s birthday!

Such a great stay! Chad and Emily were fabulous. Anytime we had questions, they were quick to answer. Cottage was quaint. We love to cook when we are on vacation and found everything we needed in the cottage. Sunrises on the beach were amazing. It was my birthday and Emily surprised me with cupcakes on arrival. Such a great personal touch.

Super clean and incredibly well stocked cottage. Perfect location on your own private beach. The hosts were absolutely amazing, so personable and attentive, greeted us upon arrival with homemade cookies! The hermit crab sanctuary was a great bonus. We could not have asked for a better location for our St. Croix vacation. Highly recommend! 12 out of 10 stars!!!

The property was just as advertised. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the property was super cozy! Love love the hermit crab sanctuary. They can control the sea grass just wish there was less of. Great communication with Chad.

This is a beautiful location right on the ocean and very central to activities on the island. Chad and Emily were there to greet us, offered us great suggestions as to how to enjoy the island, and even made us delicious cookies upon our arrival.The cottage is well-appointed and very clean. The space is very private and separate from the main house. We enjoyed golfing, snorkeling and hiking on the island, and we would certainly recommend this cottage to couples who just want to get away! Enjoy the ocean breeze and the beach!

Perfection at Judith’s Fancy

Very beautiful setting in a very safe area. Chad and Emily were very friendly and helpful in suggesting areas to see. It was a short stay but would definitely go back again. Location was central to everything. Bed was comfortable and cottage was extremely clean.

Our stay at the cottage in Judith’s Fancy was nothing short of amazing! The property is tucked away in a tranquil, gated community, providing a perfect blend of privacy and security. The cottage itself was beautifully designed, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for.We especially loved the outdoor patio, where we could sip our morning coffee. The views were breathtaking—just a short walk to the ocean, with gentle breezes and the sound of waves to complete the experience.The location was ideal: close enough to explore the island’s highlights, yet far enough to feel like a true getaway. Whether it was visiting nearby beaches, sampling local restaurants, or taking in the vibrant culture of St. Croix, everything was conveniently accessible.The hosts were responsive and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We can’t recommend this cottage enough for anyone looking for a peaceful escape in St. Croix.

I am extremely happy to have chosen this location for my trip to STX. The Owners Chad and Emily were excellent and extremely hospitable throughout my stay. The unit was very well decorated, clean, and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent for accessing all parts of the island and the neighborhood was gated and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property for those looking for the perfect vacation rental on STX.

Happy Cruxan Christmas

My stay in the cottage with my BFF was perfect for our impromptu trip to St. Croix. We didn't do much research or planning for this trip; however, the cottage had absolutely everything we needed plus some. It is equipped for any kind of vacation you are looking for and in the best location to explore the island. The hosts were lovely, as well, welcoming, great communicators, flexible, and resourceful. My favorite parts of the cottage were my morning walks around the picturesque neighborhood ending on the beach, listening to the ocean and the night sky. My friend enjoyed her morning coffees and yoga on the porch. We have no complaints. Thank you!!
