Line to check in had over 50 people with one person working desk. The room had burnt light bulbs. Security was rude and wasn’t helpful when we got lost in the building. (It has a vacant creepy mall connected to it that you have to go through if you dont vallet park) Room was clean. Just not worth the price.

I am sad to say that this hotel, with all the right bones, gave terrible service, did not answer to phone, delayed our departure by 30 minutes due to parking issues and had rusted components in the bathroom. We were very disappointed. Hilton has offered excellence at other locations.

We Stay here about every time.. 8 or 10 times a year. Mostly fall. This time our room we booked in May for 2 nights was given away so we had 6 people without a place to stay when we arrived . Staff did find us 2 separate rooms for the same price and gave us a breakfast. All worked out in the end . Breakfast was good.

Staff was nice,they seem to want to help, only issue was not having room on time. We had 2 rooms booked but barely got one shortly after 4pm after having waited several hours in lobby. I know check in is at 4pm but even then only got 1 room and we arrived late to our wedding party unfortunately.
