When I got there to check in I heard lots of dogs barking, which is great for a pet friendly hotel but not for a quiet nights sleep. They put me on on the fourth floor away from all the barking. Nice and quiet. Room very clean. But when I went to go take a shower after a long day at Kings Island, I only had two washcloths. Luckily I packed a towel. I didn't want to wait on a towel for a shower. I was exhausted and just wanted to take a shower and go to bed. Didn't have coffee at breakfast but I had one in my room. So I was able to get a hot coffee in the morning. Great internet and even though the bathroom was small, the bedroom area was spacious. Overall a good price and a good nights sleep!!

Horrible stay

It was not so good. The beds weren’t clean. They no extra pillows to offer. Our room wasn’t clean unless we asked and even after asking and being away from the room all day it still wasn’t cleaned by 4pm in the afternoon. Didn’t have enough wash clothes even upon request was denied. I will never stay here again.

Bathtubs don’t drain well

It was fine but the bathtub was not draining properly. My friend was in a different room and had the same issue so they should fix the plumbing. The pool water was also very cold. For a day where it was 90 degrees outside, I would have expected the pool water to be regular temperature.

Very convenient location. Exiting the property at the traffic light could take some time. Decent hotel gym and pool. Good free breakfast and plenty of bottled water.

When we got to hotel after driving 8 hours we were told that cleaning crew was sick so we had to be down graded to get a clean room. Exhausted we said ok. And what would the compensation be. We were told $5. Whatever exhausted just wanted to sleep. Sent us to room. Bugs in every drawer. Some sort of slime on shower wall. We said no and took exhausted selves back down to front desk. They were so so sorry let’s get you to a different room. Fine… we were exhausted. Second room walked in all lights on used towels everywhere. Bed not made. Nope. Went back down. So sorry. New room? Out of complete exhaustion agreed but will not agree again. This room seemed fine. Top cover of bed was filthy. Ok we will just pull it off. I know that these things are normally not fresh. Will get new tomorrow. Blanket under has what looks like jelly and possibly peanut butter all over it sheet under has something black on it. Big NO! As we headed back down I booked a room at the Drury!! This was the first time this chain has let me down. But it was dumpster fire let down!!

The hotel is undated The lobby is welcoming. The breakfast area is nice and very clean. The room we had could have been cleaned better. The floor could have used a washing and the tub a bit of a scrubbing. The bed is very hard. If you prefer a very firm mattress you'd love.it. The pool and hot tub are well maintained.

Ohio hotel visit.

Pool was great. Just wish the pool had heated water temp for a nice comfort swim. Pool had cold cold water. The Room was ok. Shower had to much water pressure so water come into floor alot in the bathroom. Breakfest food was great but needs more food variety for multiple night stay intead of the same thing over and over every day.
