I really enjoyed my stay at Bio Habitat Hotel. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful natural setting made it the perfect place to relax. The amenities were excellent and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the experience. The staff was truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and clearly well-trained, which made every interaction a pleasure.

We stayed in 7 different hotels during our visit to El Eje Cafetero. We looked for a relaxed and eco-friendly places. Look no further, this is the Best Place to stay. We only wished that we stay a little longer, but for sure we are coming back. The glass infinity pool looking towards the mountains was the jewel of the trip.

It’s a beautiful place. We were here before but I didn’t find the same service. The food in our other trip was magnifcent but this time it wasn’t the same, it was ok. The service at the restaurant was not good. I had an issues with the front desk too. At the pool guest were smoking at the spa area. I think this will be the last time for us.

Nice hotel, good shared facilities but..

We booked the Grand Mountain View room based on the pictures advertised. When we arrived at our room, it was not as pictured, the pool and jacuzzi were on a different level, when we questioned it we were told o, we have more than one Grand Mountain suite, yet those pictures are not shown anywhere. The pump in the pool didn’t work which we reported, when we mentioned it a second time we were told the pool pump can’t be on or the jacuzzi won’t heat so essentially the pool is just a pond which builds up with bugs and plant debris. We enjoyed our stay, the food was good and the shared facilities were nice, if we ever went back we wouldn’t bother with the upgraded room, it’s just not worth the additional cost especially when you’re not guaranteed the room advertised.
