Nothing seemed to work, ice machine broke and hair dryer didn't work. Wall dirty beside the trash can, and loud outside my door from other guests "hanging out". The remodel of room was fairly nice, but faucet in shower was very difficult to get to work.

The bathroom was clean but had holes and rips in the wallpaper. The 'continental' breakfast was pre-made and consisted of muffins, packaged sausages, bagels, and milk. There was no cream cheese for the bagels and no orange juice. The morning we were leaving, we had to walk through a pungent weed smell between our room and our car (maybe 10 feet). I would not stay there again.

I am truly sorry that your stay was not up to standards. Unfortunately, we can not control what other guests do, this is not our normal guest and we do ask guests to leave when we catch them breaking the rules. I am not sure why there was no cream cheese or orange juice it was there this morning when I came on shift. I have issued a maintenance order for the wallpaper.
