All bedrooms are en-suite, with Spa Bathrooms. There is a living Room, dining room and family room for your enjoyment Also outdoor dining and living areas, beautiful pool area with sun loungers and BBQ area with outdoor grill, fridge, and Sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including a double oven, smart wifi, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The open kitchen concept allows for entertaining while being able to converse with your guests and family. Each bedroom alone with the living area is equipped air-conditioning units and ceiling fans, there is also fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer along with laundry tub

All bedrooms and living area have smart Tvs along with cable and Internet Services. Master ensuite and second level family area have beautiful patios, that you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails, with the master room patio having an expansive view of the country sides rolling hills. All bedrooms have ample storage space, walk-in closets are in both master bedrooms along with a large closet in the 3rd Bedroom. 2 Bedrooms have queen size beds, and 1 bedroom has king size bed. For convenience, there is both a master bedroom on the First and Second Floor. We bring the outdoors in doors with large french doors on the ground floor patio off the living and dining area, where when the french doors are open you can have that indoor/outdoor living.
With this rentals, there is an option to have a rental car included in your stay for an additional cost, however public transportation is available. Included in this wonderful rental there is housekeeping services provided once you book 7 or more nights and will be done once during your weeks stay, if booking for 14 or more days it will be done once weekly. Additional Services can be provided for an additional cost to be determined at time of booking.

In an effort to make your stay as 'green' as possible, we ask that you please respect our efforts to keep electricity usage at a minimum by ensuring you turn off all air conditioning units, ceiling fans and lights when you are out of the house. Any mis-use of this may result in a deduction from your security deposit.
