SWISS 66 is a villa 3 Beds / 3 Baths / Salt Pool (OPTIONAL***Heating the pool is an extra cost) . Home fully renovated in 2022 with an over sized lanai in a beautiful tropical garden facing a water ski lake that accommodated the 2003 World Championship.
Light and bright interiors with high ceilings and beautiful view of the lake and garden. The lanai with comfortable furniture invites you to spend relaxing hours outside. At the pool area with large deck, shower and chaise sun lounges you can enjoy swimming in a heated pool and relax in the sun.
This beautiful home is situated in a gated resort offering water skiing on 5 private lakes, 18 hole golf course and tennis. All houses have large lots and beautiful gardens which ensures total privacy.
Besides enjoying all the amenities of the house and the resort there is much more to do and see in Central Florida. Orlando with its fabulous attractions, restaurants and great shopping is not far away. Beaches are 1 hour away and the tropical forest starts close. RENTAL OPTIONS:
The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals â For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.
To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes â1â full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS
Always remember to book lodging before flights!
30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation â with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.
PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if youâre bringing a pet/s.

SWISS VACATION HOUSES is merely an agent of the owner, acting at the direction of the owner of the property. Guest consents to proceed with the rental of the subject property having been made aware that any cause of action as it relates to the condition of the subject property must be brought against the owner and not against SWISS VACATION HOUSES, or its agents or principals. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any warranties, implied or otherwise, regarding the condition of the property. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any liability as it relates to latent or previously undiscovered defects with the subject property. Guest/Customer waives any claim against SWISS VACATION HOUSES as it relates to the condition of the subject property, and will look to the owner thereof in the event of any liability or casualty related thereto, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional or criminal wrongdoing by SWISS VACATION HOUSES.
AFTER HOURS CHECK IN :
Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex.
âą Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.
âą For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.
âą For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.
