It was clean but not comfortable for us. They do not cater to the “normal” lifestyle. Their bar inside the hotel doesn’t even have beer that has ever been heard of. It was very uncomfortable. I came to Cleveland for the Morgan Wallen concert and I felt very out of place at this hotel. There were two females at the check-in desk when we arrived that seemed “snotty”. It was their tone and facial expressions that immediately made me decide to avoid the employees the rest of the time I was there. Next time I will definitely choose a hotel that is more “heard of”, that way I will be familiar with it and know what to expect. It’s kind of crazy how this hotel will increase their charges by 10x for the Morgan Wallen concert and then make it totally obvious to the guests who paid to stay there that they do not care for “those type” of people. (Country Music or Morgan Wallen fans)

This is a really cute hotel with a lovely, diverse staff. The design throughout is very well executed and tasteful. Nice details. Easy check in. Super comfortable bedding. Easy access to downtown shopping and attractions. Love the European heaters in the bathroom. The Club is very inviting/welcoming. Not stuffy but classy. Can’t really beat this hotel for the money. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

Such a beautiful hotel. Very clean and plenty of amenities. Great hotel restaurant. Very comfortable sleep. The standard rooms are quite small but the luxurious details more than make up for it.

Absolutely lovely! Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The valet took our car in the middle of the baseball chaos and got us off on our way in seconds. David at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Our room was fantastic— I love the Art Deco vibe and the shower pressure was heavenly. We had dinner and breakfast in the Club Room and again the service was spectacular. Our waiter made terrific recommendations as well. This will definitely be our new Cleveland go-to hotel.

Great location

Great location and walkable To Progressive Field, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Jack’s Casino and many more. Fidelity is a cute boutique hotel with great staff from valet to check in to dining in their onsite restaurant.

We loved our stay. Quiet room. Great shower. Super comfy bed. Our first morning we tried the eggs Benedict at the restaurant and was satisfied. Would stay again when w come for another sporting even. Lots of food and shopping options in walking distance.
